Sunbeam Theater Point 3-year renewal

Hi, yes? Are unhappy? Been fans are worried about the problem.

Sunbeam Theater owners agreed to rent HK$698,000 per month, 3-year renewal, to the end of February 2012.

The new monthly rent than it is now HK$ 208,000 , many times higher than 2, while the Hong Kong Government plans to allocate 100,000 monthly rent subsidies sunbeam Theater.

In order to maintain operations, Sunbeam Theater venues necessary to suitably adjust the rent, for lease will have a certain pressure groups.

Hope that the Government will continue to explore different venues, training of personnel channels to support the development of Cantonese opera.

是喜?是愁 ? 一直是戲迷担心的問題.

新光戲院的業主同意以每月69.8萬元租金，續租3年，至2012年2月底。

新租金比現在月租20.8萬元，高出2倍多, 而香港政府計劃每月撥10萬補貼新光租金。

為了維持經營，新光戲院需要適度調整場地租金，對租賃團體會有一定壓力。

希望政府會繼續透過開拓不同場地、培訓人才等渠道，支持粵劇發展。

好可惜聽到新光戲院,礙於租金上升逾倍，新光戲院將面臨結業, 引起傳媒及戲迷紛紛關注，希望新光戲院能死裡逃生，繼續為粵劇曲迷戲迷服務 .
有幸能在10月19日在新光戲院演出,非常非常高興及榮幸.
每年農曆新年檔期最緊密,粵戲團體經常排滿,今年真的要盡量睇多幾場,留多一點點回憶.

香港廣東粵劇 是我的退休後,最佳娛樂, 不斷維持健康愉快心情去開拓新生活. 在屯門醫院義務教授廣東粵劇唱腔, 現學生是長期腎科病人.

除了做義務工作, 還製作一些手工作品, 用於表演舞台上, 配合舞台服飾則大派用場. 花些心思, DIY 續針續線配上珠片,珠仔和其他漂亮飾物 來製作曲譜封套.
