北角新光戲院續租3年

是喜?是愁 ? 一直是戲迷担心的問題.

新光戲院的業主同意以每月69.8萬元租金，續租3年，至2012年2月底。

新租金比現在月租20.8萬元，高出2倍多, 而香港政府計劃每月撥10萬補貼新光租金。

為了維持經營，新光戲院需要適度調整場地租金，對租賃團體會有一定壓力。

希望政府會繼續透過開拓不同場地、培訓人才等渠道，支持粵劇發展。

Happy Valentino day

Lunar New Year just past, although it is busy but is very happy days. We have many family gatherings, home to family and friends to say "happy new year", sending "Lucky pocket", mahjong Entertainment just for entertainment.
However, Valentine's Day will be seven days later.

I love this day.

Probably because

Guangdong Opera has been a lot of love story, and each one is very romantic or very "sad beautiful", Very touching and easy moving.

農曆新年剛剛過去，雖然是忙碌但又是很幸福的日子。

我們有許多家庭聚會,到親朋好友家拜年,派利是,打麻雀娛樂娛樂。

但是，情人節將在七天後來到。

我喜歡這一天。

可能因為

有許多的廣東粵劇都是愛情故事，並每一個都十分浪漫或是極為淒美的,

非常容易感動人心。
